Can I switch through the plans?

Sure, it is possible anytime, after notifying us in our email. If you upgrade your plan, you pay a pro rata difference in price. If you downgrade your plan, we calculate the rata difference out for the next month.

What if the time included in the plan is exceeded?

Sometimes completing the tasks takes more time than it was previously planned. In such cases you pay us per additional hour spent, thus our manager notifies you about “going beyond” beforehand. If our manager forgets to notify you about it, additional hours of work are at our expense.

How do I set a task?

Set the tasks to your personal manager through messenger or write an email. Your manager will structure it into a statement of work and send it back to you for approval by email.

How to renew my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed. At the end of each billing period, we send you an invoice and a payment link on the 10th of the current month by email.

At the end of the annual subscription, you can choose whether to continue it, or to change it into a monthly one. If you exceed the time included in the plan, the invoice also will be sent on the 10th of the current month.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime, after notifying us in our email beforehand.

Will we sign any agreement?

Yes, we provide agreements for our services for each of our plans. We will send it into your email for signing before starting the work.
